SPR# LSHR5TVT8L - When upgrading from the Domino Offline Services Pre-Installer CD, the download should use the pre-installer cache, but it incorrectly downloads from the server. This problem has been fixed in 6.5.1 and was a regression introduced in 6.0.1.
